• Will be building commercial interiors and large-scale residential renovations of apartment buildings.
• Experience overseeing structural renovations.
• 62 Hour SST Card required
• Longterm employment

Salary: to $115,000
• BA or BS, Architecture, Engineering or Construction Management Degree
• Minimum of 7 years experience in Construction Administration/Management
• Prepare preliminary design and construction schedules on MS Project
• Experience with estimating and construction budgets
• Oversee NYC building permits process
• Prepare requests for proposals, bid and level consultants/contractors
• Negotiation of contract costs, change orders and close outs.
• Strong knowledge of Word, Excel, MS Project
• Oversight of construction process through punchlist
• Organize chair and project meetings
• Detail oriented and highly organized to meet project schedules and budgets
Salary: to $165,000
• Company specializing in mid-rise, out of the ground construction and conversions of office buildings to apartments.
• Projects range from $20-$40 million.
• Growing company with strong ties to prominent NYC real estate developers.
Salary: APM to $125,000. PM to $200,000
