Large, very well-established general contractor is looking to add a Construction Superintendent to their team.
Candidates that will be considered must have:
Well-rounded commercial general construction experience.
Stable work history.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent.
Superb benefits.
Salary to $130,000.
Bronx based real estate developer.
Specializing in multi-family affordable housing. Need Owner’s Rep to oversee pre-construction paperwork, interface with general contractor and design consultants, as well as oversee capital projects for their existing real estate portfolio.
Only candidates with prior affordable housing experience will be considered.
Hybrid schedule available to work from home.
Salary: to $150,000
