• Immediate job opening for Construction Superintendent
• Must have 4-year degree in Construction Management, Engineering or Architecture.
• 10 years of construction experience
• Public sector work experience
• Gut renovation experience
• Must be very experienced overseeing demolition, masonry, mechanical, electrical and plumbing
• Must have strong experience managing subcontractors
• Strong knowledge of MS Suite (Word, Excel)
• Familiarity with network drives
• Other requirements: Daily reports, schedules, toolbox talks, hot work, LOTO
• Permanent position.
